We get asked this question quite a lot, but we understand why. To give you a comparison, it’s like walking into a kitchen showroom and asking ‘how much will a new kitchen cost?’ – The kitchen designer will need to know, the size of your room, style, appliances and your budget before they can start. It’s the same process for us. As every client has their own ring designed and made for them, each element can be changed according to preference and budget. |

Yes you can. We can remove any stones and incorporate them into a ring design that you prefer. There’s even a possibility of incorporating any gold into your new design.

We do ask our clients to bring along some design ideas with them as a starting point. Our Studio holds plenty of design styles to see and inspire you, any of which, can be altered to suit your requirements. If you prefer numerous elements from different rings, we can combine them all together and create the perfect ring for you.
We even offer a 3D CAD Jewellery Design Service, where you can fine tune a design from scratch.

For this, we would recommend you ask a family member or very close friend (as long as they don’t let the cat out of the bag!). You could also try window shopping, looking at watches etc in jewellers windows, and see if your partner starts looking at engagement rings. If you’re really struggling, and have no clue what your partner would like, then you might want to see our ‘Propose with a diamond’ option, it has become quite a popular alternative.

Yes, we work with clients across the United Kingdom and all around the World.
If you are unable to visit the Studio, we are more than happy to communicate via phone & email or over video meetings through Microsoft Teams, Whatsapp, Zoom, Facetime and Skype etc.
After a design has been agreed, it usually takes between 4-6 weeks to make your ring/s.

Once completed, you may collect it from our Studio or have it securely delivered to your desired location.
Unlike the high street jewellers, we can rhodium plate white gold rings onsite, while you wait. It takes around 30 minutes to be completed. The cost to re-plate a ring starts from £65.00.
This depends on how much the ring will need sizing by, and if it’s to be sized up or down. Sometimes we might need to add metal, which can cost more. Our prices for resizing start from £45.00.

We advise our clients to use warm water with washing up liquid and a soft toothbrush (ideally a baby toothbrush) to clean your rings. Alternatively, we sell small Sonic Machines that perform a professional deep clean, for £95.00. Contact The Studio to enquire or make a purchase. |

If we can’t use your gold as part of the new design, we can weigh it in and get the cash value back for you.
