“My partner and I saw Iain from Iain Henderson Designs Ltd. at a wedding fayre in Leeds. We chatted about the style of wedding rings we wanted. Whilst I knew what I wanted, my partner Paul had no idea. There was no pressure from Iain and we left with his card and continued round the other stalls. What stood out about Iain Henderson Designs Ltd. for us compared to other jewellers was that Iain was very down to earth, listened to what we wanted and had designs we would not have seen on the high street. He has a studio at his home where we went to see some styles and get ideas. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We visited several jewellers, none of whom could do exactly what we wanted, we thought we would have to settle with rings that we liked rather than loved. We met Iain at a Wedding Fayre at the Coniston Hotel, our venue for the Wedding. Iain’s ‘can do’ attitude was exactly what we were looking for, we explained how we wanted the rings and were told that’s what we would get. We were guided through the process, were never rushed, and were kept informed of the progress. It was a really personal service and all staff involved were brilliant. “Faultless from start to finish on customer services and design, and the end result in my 18ct white gold ring and my fiance’s wedding rings were perfect. Throughout the design and selection process Iain was patient, helpful and very accommodating, especially given that because of our jobs and the fact that we live an hour an a half away from the workshop, my fiancé and I had to meet with Iain at 7:30 in the evening! We ended up with 3 rings because my fiancé couldn’t choose between 2 he liked and so settled on having an engagement ring as well as a wedding ring. All 3 rings were made within 6 weeks, exactly to our specifications. And they’re perfect. Hands down the only way to go when it comes to buying your wedding rings is having them made by IHD. The highstreet simply cannot compete on quality of service or beauty in design. And the prices are incredibly reasonable too! Thank you Nicky and Iain.
