Come visit our design studio with your ideas and imagination, where we can discuss your perfect piece of jewellery.
Your first visit will be a relaxed meetup with Iain, having a sit-down chat with a cuppa at a time that suits you. The Studio is behind Iain’s house, so, not only can we see you during the day, but also late into the evenings and on Saturdays.
You don’t have to be on our doorstep...
We have customers visiting us from all over the UK to utilize the services we provide. If the distance limits you, we can easily offer appointments via e-mail, phone, Microsoft Teams, Whatsapp, Zoom, Facetime and Skype etc.
Visiting the Studio is a delightful experience, which we would recommend to all, where you can receive our interpersonal customer service and get the most from your commission.
You will discover a relaxed and inspirational setting, where you can speak directly to designers and craftsmen, with over 40 years of combined experience. We are definitely not salespeople, so there is never any pressure to buy! We will listen to exactly what you want (and don’t), then offer you our extensive knowledge and advise you on the right metals and stones etc, to both suit your budget and lifestyle.
You can be involved at every step of the way, seeing your ideas come to life and transform into a stunning piece of jewellery.

Yes, we work with clients across the United Kingdom and all around the World.
If you are unable to visit the Studio, we are more than happy to communicate via phone & email or over video meetings through Microsoft Teams, Whatsapp, Zoom, Facetime and Skype etc.
After a design has been agreed, it usually takes between 4-6 weeks to make your ring/s.

Once completed, you may collect it from our Studio or have it securely delivered to your desired location.
Unlike the high street jewellers, we can rhodium plate white gold rings onsite, while you wait. It takes around 30 minutes to be completed. The cost to re-plate a ring starts from £65.00.
This depends on how much the ring will need sizing by, and if it’s to be sized up or down. Sometimes we might need to add metal, which can cost more. Our prices for resizing start from £45.00.

We advise our clients to use warm water with washing up liquid and a soft toothbrush (ideally a baby toothbrush) to clean your rings. Alternatively, we sell small Sonic Machines that perform a professional deep clean, for £95.00. Contact The Studio to enquire or make a purchase. |

If we can’t use your gold as part of the new design, we can weigh it in and get the cash value back for you.
So, if you have any precious jewellery, please bring it with you to your appointment.
